Simple Advice…

If you have cracks or movement on your property, then its essential that you understand what is causing the problem, what you can do to stop it, how to prevent it happening in the future and how it should be repaired effectively. This is easy when the damage has been caused by fire, flood, storm impact, escape of water or earthquake. If you have buildings insurance then you simply notify your insurers of a claim and they will deal with it directly, or appoint someone to deal with it on their behalf. If you don’t have buildings insurance, then you need expert advice on how to resolve the problems correctly and cost effectively. However it is often the case that the cause of damage or movement to a building is not apparent and you need expert advice as to what the cause could be before you even know if you have a valid claim under your buildings insurance policy. I have both the skill and experience to make the correct assessment of the damage and give you the advice you need. Our first meeting/discussion is free and then, if we agree I can be of assistance, then I am employed on an agreed fee basis.
